Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you have ordered we will give you a full refund for the cost of said item(s) provided that they are returned within 14 days of receipt and in an un-used condition (in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels still attached). We will not be liable for returns if the product is stained, corroded, scratched or damaged in any way. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Please be aware that in case of a refund, the delivery costs will not be refunded and will be deducted from the value of the refund.
If you would like to make a return you must inform us within seven working days of delivery of said item(s). Your return must be pre approved before you send any items back to us. Please do not send any items before gaining approval via email from us. The customer shall bear all return shipping costs and expenses, including duties. These costs will NOT be refunded. Orbis London™ takes no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the delivery costs. Please ensure that the original invoice is included when returning goods.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable and non refundable.
If we agree that the product was indeed faulty, Orbis London™ will offer a refund plus, the delivery cost, which will be credited to the account used in the original transaction. Orbis London™ will contact you within two business days of receiving your returns. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete; this time can vary between card issuers and Orbis London™ has no control over this.
